1. Sign in to your Hotmail.com account, click Settings the wheel icon, enter the search language, and then click Language and Area.

2. Tap the arrow below and choose your language. You can chose any language for example and pressed Save.

3. In order for the changes to take effect, you will need to refresh your browser. All has been flipped into your chosen language, as you can see in the example.
